Job Advert Summary:

Responsible for routine day-to-day administration of various fund structures under the direction of a Senior Client Relationship Manager.

Minimum Requirements:


  • 45 years proven financial services industry experience with an emphasis on administration
  • Be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent)

Duties and Responsibilities:


The Senior Fund Administrator will be expected to:

  • Act as a 'B' signatory on behalf of the Company
  • Review and approve payments for various fund expenses;
  • Ensure client enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Oversee Audit process and ensure Audit liaison is dealt with in a timely manner;
  • Review and approve client Board packs before distribution;
  • Assist and oversee the Company's oversight programme;
  • Offer support with billing client entities;
  • Assisting with onboarding of new Investors including collection and review of due diligence;
  • Assist with training of junior members of staff and oversee junior team members on a day to day basis;
  • Perform other daytoday duties of fund administration and office duties.

Skills and Competencies:


Skills:


  • Experience and valuations knowledge gained from within the financial services sector.
  • Basic understanding of Financial Statements process.
  • Knowledge of Guernsey Statutory and Regulatory requirements
  • The individual will need to be selfmotivated, conscientious and able to work to and meet tight deadlines as well as being able to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate well at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Excellent computer skills, in particular Word and Excel, are an essential requirement.
