_Consumer Additions are partnered with a high-growth luxury fashion brand who are looking to recruit an Ecommerce Trading Coordinator to join their team.

- Working within the trading team, this role is responsible for the daytoday trading of the global websites.
- Monitoring key trading tasks andliaising closely with merchandising, operations and content teams to improve efficiencies, trade and the customer experience.
- Managing onsite optimisations such as visual merchandising, product/styling recommendations, upselling/crossselling, search improvements and navigation/taxonomy enhancements.
- Daily management of the ecommerce range plan and coordinating product launches and uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance and promotional activities.
- Collaborating with the content team to develop the digital trading/content calendar, build/optimise new season product, categories, trading/content stories.
- Liaising with the CRM and communications teams on trading stories and focus for newsletters.
- Key stakeholder in UAT site testing for development projects and regular site walks to ensure 100% accuracy at all times.
- Reporting on ecommerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data driven insight and conducting deep dives where needed to better understand shopping behaviours and trends.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Ecommerce/CMS platform experience essential, Salesforce SFCC experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ecommerce trading experience in a retail brand, preferably luxury or premium retail in a global capacity.
- An understanding of ecommerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
- Excellent ability to analyse data and propose commercial objectives.
- A natural commercial flair, able to spot an opportunity to drive performance.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate and work positively to achieve results.
- Excellent organisational skills can juggle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, capable of accuracy and high standards at all times.
- Enthusiastic, positive, with a determination to achieve results.
