Accounts Payable Transaction Processor

Location - Darlington

Salary - £ £15.00 per hour

Benefits - Hybrid working
Do you have accounts payable experience?

Do you have a background in administration?

We have a great opportunity in Darlington for an Accounts Payable Transaction Processor to work for one of our clients.

In this role you will be working full-time on initially a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

Process invoice administration and set up for payment
Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments
Answer basic vendor inquiries and reconciles vendor statements
Prepare analysis of accounts
Resolve basic invoice discrepancies
Assist in month end closing
Participate in projects related to Accounts Payable improvement
Other duties as deemed reasonable

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills
Ability to speak another language would be advantageous
General accounts payable experience
Administration experience preferable
Excellent PC Skills
Time management
Problem Solving
