Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Credit Controller

The company:
- has been established for over 30 years and is the UK's No1 leading provider of its services to industry. They generate multi million £ revenues and boast a global customer base of over 40,000 users.

The Role:
- will report to the Credit Manager and duties will involve identifying overdue accounts and initiate corrective measures by phone and letter. Accurately record variances and discrepancies and reconcile accounts and action taken. Investigate and implementclearing procedures to ensure aged debtors and transactions are closed off. Build strong business relationships with internal and external clients ensuring all aged debtor transactions have been thoroughly investigated and reconciled. Ensure queries are managedand promptly solved in a professional and polite manner. This role will involve aged debtor analysis and reconciliations, month end close off and assisting with new projects.

The person:

  • Well presented, confident and out going, with a strong understanding of debits and credits. Clear and confident communication skills an eye for detail with an investigative 'get to the root cause' approach. Helpful, willing and thorough, likesto get results. Comfortable managing a high volume workload using your own initiative to prioritise 'what needs to get done. High volume reconciliations, a credit control background, confident, numerical, with an eye for detail and good analysis and investigativeskills.
Enjoys problem solving, identifying issues and implementing solutions. IT skills (Excel Access, useful) - Hybrid working.
