Assistant Estimator/ Trainee Estimator - Dukinfield, United Kingdom - Siteform Flooring Contractors Limited

Description

Responsibilities:

• Logging jobs as they come in and downloading information
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for flooring projects
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Utilise cost control techniques to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Prepare and present estimates to clients or management for review and approval
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and other costs

Experience:

• Full training given
• Experience with Microsoft packages desirable

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary:
£19,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
