Description

Lolly Care Ltd is a private organisation, recruiting carers for an individual to support living in their own home.

We are looking for a bubbly and fun loving person to join a team of carers.
The role will be providing care for a teenage girl with severe disabilities

It will involve:
- companionship
- personal care duties
- assisting with strengthening and stretching exercises
- administering medication
- feeding
- assisting with fun activities such as baking, art, music

Hours:

Regular hours to be discussed with applicant
Additional hours during school holidays
Cover for other carers leave and sickness

Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential. Must like dogs.

The post is based near Dirleton, East Lothian - just over 20 miles to the East of Edinburgh.

Public transport links are limited; the nearest bus stop is about a 25 minute walk and Drem and North Berwick train stations are just over 4 miles away.

Own transport is desirable.
