At Saint Gobain Glass we are looking for a Customer Coordinator. To ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing site in Eggborough
- you will be providing support to our customers daily and will also be preparing and processing import and export documentation also.

This Customer Coordinator will be an integral part of the team, responsible for a wide variation of duties. The role will mainly be site based. Standard working hours are Monday 09:00-17:00 however we are open to some flexibility on this.


Saint Gobain Glass is one of 30+ Saint-Gobain brand's Europe's leading manufacture of flat glass for the construction industry, including float, coated and laminated glass products.


What we're looking for:


Essential:


  • Experience of working in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
  • The ability to work well individually or as part of a team

Desirable:


  • It would be advantageous to have customs experience
  • Experience in preparing export and import documents such as PBN's (Preboarding notifications) also GMR's (Goods movement requests) would be ideal
  • Experience of SAP or similar software
  • Glass industry experience is ideal but not essential as full training can be offered

What you will be doing:


  • Creating and processing Import and Export documentation, Invoices & delivery notes
  • Processing of Orders
  • Providing a high standard of service to our customers
  • Ensure orders and shipments are processed in a timely manner.
