We are a successful and very progressive company based in Harlow, Essex.Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Sales Administration Team Leader to join our Sales Support team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Control workflows within order processing to ensure daily workload is completed timely in a small team of 4 staff.
- Develop process and continuously review and refines operational processes and procedures
- Ensure all sales orders are input accurately and correctly
- Leads, plans and coordinates teams in an efficient manager to effectively perform job functions and utilises metrics to tracks performance and manages workload.
- Manage the entirety of the order process to ensure a smooth customer transition;
- Participate with the sales order processing team to ensure all accurate and important information is shared across the team;
- Make sure the teams KPI's are being achieved;
- Adhoc administrative duties for the department.
- Develop strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure as far as possible, that relevant contractual obligations are executed without dispute.
- Assist with the Implementation of processes to integrate new technology into operations processes.
- Interact with crossfunctional leaders to ensure optimal operation and performance occurs.
- Assist with preparation of time schedules, make daily assignments.
- Good organisational skills and ability to coordinate people and process through communication and technology.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and efficiently to ensure maximum productivity.
- Ability to successfully follow process and deliver required and measurable results.

- Excellent communications skills at all levels.
