About the role


We are currently looking for a full-time Finance Assistant working within a small team managing high volumes of supplier invoices.

This role will be vital in ensuring the Finance Team is able to function successfully.

Key responsibilities in this position will include processing supplier invoices in a timely manner onto our invoice automations system. Ensuring purchase orders are matched correctly. Reconciling supplier statements. Identifying prepayments. Preparation of bi-weekly payment runs and assisting with queries relating to invoices and payments.

Location

This position will be based in Southampton.

The NOC has a hybrid working approach where for most positions staff can work from home up to 2 days per week.
