Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate individual interested in supporting primary school students in Enfield? Protocol Education is currently seeking dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join the dynamic school teams in the area.

About the Role:


As a Primary Teaching Assistant with Protocol Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of primary school students in Enfield.


Key Responsibilities:


Classroom Support:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students, assisting with learning activities and ensuring their well-being.

Differentiation:

Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of students in the classroom.


Behaviour Management:
Implement strategies to promote positive behavior and create a supportive learning environment for all students.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver effective support and maximize student progress.

School Vision Integration:
Embrace and promote the school's values and vision, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications). Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's learning and development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Dedication to ongoing professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
