Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst. Hybrid, Cumbria. A Family Run and Owned Business, In Their Next Phase of Growth

Perm/Full time
**Up to Salary
- £50k per annum****Location
- hybrid
- office in Cumbria.**
Role + Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Manager.
Main purpose
- to ensure Dynamics 365 system can sustain the business needs (both currently and in the future)

This will include:

Providing technical and functional D365 expertise
Resolutions to any issues that arise and ensure they are done correctly
Managing vendors and relationships with them
Quality check of new releases which may include; testing, upgrades, fixes, etc
Functional designs, testing plans and delivery estimations
Support business growth by developing new functionality and integrations

You will need D365 implementation and functional requirements gathering experience.

Your Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, (D365 CE or F&O),
At least 3 years leading an IT team or in a lead role within an IT team,
Life cycle services and Azure experience,
Business Analysis and project delivery expereince (D365),
Any D365 Support or Consultancy experience would be ideal,
Strong communication skills,
Any food/agriculture or manufacturing industry experience would be a bonus,
Desirable
Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI/PowerApps, SharePoint.
