About the role
We are keen to recruit a Multi-Trade Operative Plumber, to join our In House water hygiene department.

This role involves carrying out water hygiene compliance duties including legionella risk assessment, disinfection of water systems, planned maintenance service inspections and plumbing repairs to our housing stock within Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Applicants will preferably have completed a recognised Plumbing Apprenticeship and have experience in water hygiene and legionella control.

The role requires a full driving licence and relevant essential criteria as per the Person Specification in the Job Description.


  • Has completed a recognised apprenticeship in Building Related plumbing
  • Has a full driving licence
  • Can plan and manage own workload to achieve deadlines and targets
