Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

Rate of pay is £6.40 (apprentice wage) for the first year and then increased to the wage specific.


Job Overview:
We are seeking an Apprentice to join our team in a dynamic office environment.

As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential administrative skills while supporting our office operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Support the team in clerical duties and organisational tasks
  • Utilise computerised systems for tasks such as scheduling and document management
  • Perform administrative duties under supervision to enhance your skills

Skills:


  • Proficient in basic office tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with computerised systems and willingness to learn new software
  • Interest in administrative work and willingness to develop administrative skills
