Role:
Customer experience manager


Hybrid:
Manchester City Centre, 2 days a week


Salary:
£40k

How should you interact with a customer? What is the best form of communication? What is the best way to run a department focused on the Voice of the customer?

This e-commerce business is building a new department putting Voice of Customer at the forefront of how they communicate.


You will be tasked with delivering answers to these questions and building a successful department including hiring and shaping the culture needed.


Having recently restructured all departments across the organisation they have already identified areas they need to develop to keep in front of their competitors.

What you need:
Experience in customer communication (VOC) or running customer service functions. Management experience.
