We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Colorectal Team Leader.

You will need to demonstrate an aptitude to leadership and have experience in managing staff and activities within the theatre department as well asdemonstrate excellent organisational and motivational skills in order to lead your team in delivering an excellent patient experience within the operating department.

We are committed to the training and development of our staff and you will be joining a dedicated, flexible and friendly department.


The expectation will be to deal with the day to day management of the speciality, including the performance management of staff which also includes appraisals, mandatory training and sickness.

We are looking to recruit an engaging and enthusiastic practitioner to join our team.
