We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Corporate Operational Risk to join our Risk team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Participate as part of a project management team responsible for the delivery of a large portfolio of projects, including but not limited to Operational Risk and regulatory remediation.
Help to support the design and implementation of integrated regulatory reform solutions.
Collaborate with other specialist functions to achieve project/program objectives and produce deliverables.
Strengthen relationships built with internal teams, suppliers and clients and support the management of stakeholder expectations.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Experience of Operational Risk Management and associated frameworks would be beneficial.
Knowledge of the various functions within financial services/asset servicing industry is preferred.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues to nontechnical colleagues.
Strong analytical and communication skills, works independently under pressure, innovatively problem solves and is able to effectively engage others to help drive solutions forward
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
