We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Corporate Operational Risk to join our Risk team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Participate as part of a project management team responsible for the delivery of a large portfolio of projects, including but not limited to Operational Risk and regulatory remediation.
  • Help to support the design and implementation of integrated regulatory reform solutions.
  • Collaborate with other specialist functions to achieve project/program objectives and produce deliverables.
  • Strengthen relationships built with internal teams, suppliers and clients and support the management of stakeholder expectations.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Experience of Operational Risk Management and associated frameworks would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the various functions within financial services/asset servicing industry is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to nontechnical colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, works independently under pressure, innovatively problem solves and is able to effectively engage others to help drive solutions forward
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
