Zest4Talent are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Development Representative for a leading and expanding company the HR Software space. A competitive basic of plus uncapped OTE (realistic in first year £50k ) is being offered as well as hybrid,remote or office based working. Head office based in Southampton.

The Sales Development Representative main responsibilities will be:
- Outbound sales and lead generation using warm leads provided
- Nurture and develop potential and existing customers to maintain business relationships and maximise sales opportunities
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders including Sales and Marketing team
- Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be thoroughly supported and be given all training to develop your role and your personal career.
