Patch Administrator - Valleyserve Ltd - Basingstoke, Hampshire

£22,027 per annum

Full time, permanent position

Salary:
£10.58 per hour x 40hrs a week


Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00

If so, Dyno are recruiting for a new
Patch Administrator on f
ull time, permanent basis.

You will be a vital part of the team ensuring all jobs are completed within specified timeframes while providing excellent customer service.

You will liaise with customers to rebook scheduled visits for Plumbers. Trouble shoot any matters that require you to. Confirm appointments and keep customers informed of any delays. There will also be an element of ad-hoc administrational duties. You will be calm under pressure and take ownership of the customer experience.


The Role

Your main function will centre on communication with our customers throughout the day to ensure outstanding customer service; You will be primary tasked with rebooking scheduled visits for the plumbers, trouble shooting and keeping accurate records to ensure all jobs are completed within the specified time frame.
