Description

Due to expansion in our service, BSOL ICB has an exciting opportunity for 4 Nursing Associates in the Continuing Health Care service to work closely with registered nurses to commission care for patients.

The successful applicants will work to a hybrid model of office and home working. Core service hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Please see attached job description.
