Client Support - Fixed Income (Structured Products)
Our client, a global organisation and leader in the finance and technology sector, is seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses a unique combination of business insight and technical aptitude, as well as passion for providing exceptional clientservice to join the team on a 12-month temporary contract with an immediate start date.
This is a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure and in a frequently changing environment is a must.
An ideal applicant must also be confident to engage and build relationships with various stakeholders, possess strong data managementskills, and have a collaborative approach and exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, improve, and deliver accurate, highquality information for the company's internal system.
- Assist the company's worldrenowned client support help desk with escalated client inquiries, and up skill their clients through training and client calls.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks related to maintaining and providing data.
- Ensure consistency, quality and timely product delivery while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background in STEM fields or Finance or experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office tools.
- A basic understanding of structured products, understanding of how they work from inception to maturity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for client management.
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of proven decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a frequently changing environment.
- Availability to start work immediately.
- Passion for financial markets and knowledge / experience in Structured Products is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with databases, XML schemas, json files is preferred but not a must
- Experience training and mentoring others.
