COMPANY DESCRIPTION, PROFILE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:

NB:
Minimum 6 Month Contract with the potential to be extended or made permanent.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate technical documentation such as cable drawings, build instructions
Raising Engineering Change Notes (ECN), chasing/closing out actions, gathering information for the ECN meeting
Simple drawing changes in CAD (Creo) from ECNs
SAP input of data sheets, creation of part numbers etc.
Collate technical information for compliance inspections.
Actioning backlog of production changes logged via TFS

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Be a highly motivated team player
Have a good understanding of quality focused high technology, high complexity manufacture of multidisciplinary equipment.
Have a good understanding of technical documentation, reading drawings both electrical and mechanical, SAP knowledge, DDM.
Good attention to detail
Experience of electrical or mechanical assembly
A good understanding of quality focused high technology / complex manufacture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand technical information accurately.
Computer literate ideally with Microsoft software packages; Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint
Preferably CAD knowledge / Experience (Creo knowledge beneficial)

Details of Packages:

£28,000 to £33,000 PA Pro Rata (Approx.£14.30 PH to £16.

80 PH (Depending on experience) + OT + Benefits / Flexibility around core hours NB:
Start can be anywhere from 7-9am and the earliest finish is 4pm with flexibility when requested.

NB: This is Initially a six month contract, but may be extended with possibility of becoming permanent

£28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
