My client,is looking for a confident, innovative marketer with a can-do attitude to support the Head of Marketing and Communications in all aspects of their marketing activity.


Core elements of the role will be corporate events coordination, digital marketing and social media, so you should be comfortable working in these areas.


The role could also include the following:

  • Day-to-day maintenance, content & updates for the companies website.
  • Source content and develop engagement forthe companies social media channels.
  • Corporate event coordination (inperson, hybrid and online).
  • Editing and proofing of press releases, ads, event materials, brochures, newsletters, eshots and other marketing literature.
  • Online and offline PR support, e.g. articles, speaking slots, awards submissions. Image library administration.
  • Database maintenance.
  • Internal communications support, including administrating the companies weekly newsletter and monthly companywide meeting.
  • Administrate the companies details in professional publications/trade association listings/surveys.
  • Assist with data analysis and report preparation (Google Analytics, CRM etc).
  • Support colleagues in their CRM and BD activity.
  • Preparing tutorial videos for marketing tools such as image library and social media
  • Engaging with employee brand initiative.
  • Basic social listening.

About you:


Relevant skills and experience:

  • Some experience of a b2b marketing role, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Experience of corporate events coordination
  • Experience of managing social media channels (Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Digital marketing (website CMS, webinars, eshots) experience.
  • Good understanding of SEO.
  • Highly IT literate, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Adobe CC suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
HYBRID WORK.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
