Head of B2C Sales


A chance to join an Australian start-up that has spanned the globe, and now electrifying fleets of electric vehicles in the UK.

With over £200 million invested into this business, they have big ambitions to acquire hundreds of electrical vehicles. Throughworking with household names, they are disrupting the way in which standard vehicle ownership works, for good.


The role

  • Work alongside the leadership team to define growth metrics and strategy
  • Happy to sell over the phone, video and in person (lots of flexibility here)
  • Be a natural rapport builder, selling a value driven position to customers
  • Help to build and growth the team, including sales leadership duties
  • Work crosscollaboratively with marketing and operations to tailor the sales proposition
  • Respond and close an abundance of warm leads (all of the leads are warm)
  • A fast paced sales role within an even faster industry grow quick with this business
  • Be a CRM wizard, ensuring the database is kept up to date from customer touchpoints

To succeed, you'll:


  • Be experienced in a B2C sales role
  • Be seasoned in growing high performance B2C sales teams
  • Be the lifeblood of the sales team, driving demand of the product
  • Be very comfortable achieving KPIs
  • Be a natural peopleperson and clear communicator
  • Love new ideas and being a creative thinker
  • Be seasoned in objective handling and instinctively closing sales
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity
  • Some knowledge (or at least an interest) in electric vehicles (EV)
