Alexander Hudson Estates - Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Established in 2018, Alexander Hudson Estates are a small, family-run estate agents with a passion for property and an honest approach, we value being friendly and client-focused with clear and open communication channels.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Deal with day to day general enquiries and administrative tasks relating to lettings, sales and property management
- Organise, book, confirm, and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers and assist in the subsequent progress of sales and lettings
- Actively generate new business
- Building and maintaining relationships with our clients whilst providing the highest standards of customer care
- Experience in sales and lettings is essential (minimum 1 years) and keen to progress career forward.
- Good knowledge of the property market
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
- IT literacy.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (with a 1 in 5 working pattern for Saturday mornings (2 hours), time off in lieu given for this)

Up to £24,000.00 per year
