Training will be given on the following roles:
Understanding the functionality of our Time & Attendance (T&A) software
Updating support tickets raised by customers
Trouble shooting issues reported by our customers
The most important thing we are looking for is someone who is presentable, confident when speaking to customers and willing to learn
This is an Office Based role, home working is not available.
Salary Range £17k - £20k depending on qualifications/experience
Applicants must be fully eligible to work in the UK
