Machine Operative / FLT Counterbalance
Hours of work Mon to Friday 0730 to 1630


Responsibilities of the Machine Operative

  • Will include the loading and unloading bails into carding machine s
- ,The items will vary in size so the job can be labour intensive.

  • Moving products around via FLT (Counter Balance)
  • Relevant training may be given if required to work in other areas of the warehouse.

Requirements of the Machine Operator

  • Attention to detail.
  • Good accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to target.
  • Heavy lifting.

Desirable but not essential

  • FLT Counter Balance Licence
  • Experience operating a carding machine

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
