Pilgrims is looking for
Reception Volunteers to join its volunteer workforce of over 1,500 to welcome patients and their families to the inpatient units at its hospice sites.


Receptionists ensure the smooth running of the reception area, carrying out various tasks, and they are people's first point of contact at the hospice site.

This busy, varied and interesting volunteer role includes a range of tasks and activities that make a positive difference to patients, families and visitors, as well as to the wider hospice team.

Pilgrims is looking for people to join its hospice team, taking up a regular shift or providing occasional cover.

You will receive full training and ongoing support. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to shadow existing volunteers.
