The Company:


Theo James Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading packaging company who develop sustainable packaging for a variety of industries.

They have over 4000 employees worldwide with multiple sites across the UK and continuously look for new and innovative packaging solutions

This role is a standalone HR position for a well established site in Hartlepool, you will be given autonomy to run the HR function of the site, assisting the senior leadership team with any HR queries and recruitment needs


Skills & experience:


  • CIPD level 5 desirable
- experience working within the HR function in a manufacturing company essential

  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures with the ability to assist and offer advice to hiring managers
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office and other HR systems with a good understanding on how to create reports (absence, turnover and headcount) to share to the wider team
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and keeping up to date with any legislation changes to UK employment law
  • Experience managing conflict to achieve positive outcomes

£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
