We are partnered with a fantastic client in the Manufacturing industry looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their small HR Team at Senior HR Advisor level.

This role will initially be office based until established in the role then a day or 2 WFH.


Responsibilities as a Senior HR Advisor:

  • Respond to and resolve HR queries in a compliant and timely manner.
  • Advise people managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
  • Train people managers on HR policies and procedures, and support the development of the HR function across sites.
  • Advising on and supporting people managers with employee relations matters in line with legislation, policy and best practice.
  • Support the Group's engagement activities such as leading on employee wellbeing, Employee Forum, and communication initiatives.
  • Undertake HR related project work across the Group which will support and underpin the Company's strategy and objectives.

Essential requirements:


  • CIPD Level 3 qualified as a minimum.
  • Resilient and able to deal with conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Handson experience with HR systems and IT programs.
  • Worked at HR Advisor level previously
