Description
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing and photocopying
- Assist with general accounting duties, including data entry and reconciliations
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computerised systems
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in an accounts and or administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
