Description

Duties:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing and photocopying
  • Assist with general accounting duties, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in computerised systems
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in an accounts and or administrative or clerical role is preferred
  • Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
