Job Duties/Responsibility

• Welcomes customers
• Introduces customers to the selfserving system and help them when needed
• Processes cash and credit card payments
• Provide detailed information when asked and present food declarations
• Ensures that customers are satisfied
• Maintaining (filling) automatic coffee machine, ice cream machine, etc.
• Preparing a premix of our products
• Making teas, milkshakes and smoothies by our recipes
• Making sure food dispensers are freshly filled and never empty
• Full adherence to the company high Hygiene Standard, Food Safety Standard and Allergens Policies at all times
• Opens and close the shop
• Ability to work on your own
• Keeping records of stock deliveries and help managing stock
• Handing out promotions in store and on the High Street

Requirements:

• Attend Food Safety and other required trainings
• No previous experiences required but a willingness to learn and keep improving
• Basic Maths skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Attentiveness, proactiveness and patience with customers
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fastpaced environment

No Formal Education Required, Physically fit, Attention to Detail, Ability to Multitask, Verbal Communication, Customer Service Skills, Interpersonal Communication, Teamwork, Ability to Work Under Pressure and a Positive Attitude

£9.00-£10.00 per hour
