Could you become one of our care heroes?_**
St Elizabeth's

First things first, let us tell you very briefly about St Elizabeth's (there is plenty more information on our website, just give us a quick search).

Based across 60 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, St Elizabeth's is a charity supporting children and young people aged years old with epilepsy and other complex medical conditions, the severity of which impacts upon their health, social, behaviour, learning and emotional development.

But we are not the real heroes, so we don't want to dwell on us for too much longer. We want to talk to future care heroes like yourself

Your role as a Care & Support Worker

Working within either our Children's Homes or Supported Living Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our young people have every opportunity to flourish in all aspects of life.

You will ensure care, trust and fun are at the heart of our practice, enabling us to provide the highest standards of care and education to those that call St Elizabeth's home.

You will undertake tasks that are vital to a young person's development, including but not limited to, ensuring a safe, secure and clean home environment, daily living support, personal care, food preparation, administering medication and promoting fun, social and learning activities.

What do I need to have?
If you are caring and passionate about working with children and young people, ideally with some previous experience of working in care or education, can commit to being dedicated, motivated and adaptable, then you are just the hero we need

What's in it for me?
