Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients in person, understand their needs, and learn to provide effective solutions
  • Build relationship with customers in various face to face channels
  • Participate in a comprehensive management training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a leadership role within the company
  • Shadow experienced managers to learn about team leadership, operations, and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

From £25,787.14 per year
