Signature are delighted to be recruiting for someone with excellent customer service and administration skills to join a professional property company as a
part time receptionist.
This is a permanent contract and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly environment and likes to work with a variety of different people.
Previous Receptionist experience is required.
Your main tasks will be:
- Meet and greet all visitors ensuring they are signed in and out of the visitors log
- Making tea & coffee for visitors
- Booking various meeting rooms
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and transferring calls
- General admin duties
- Raising purchase orders
- Dealing with the daily post in and out of the office
