As an Admin Apprentice, you will be responsible for supporting Accounts and Sales Managers in any capacity whilst begin the first point of contact for artwork related topics.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting Account Managers/Sales Manager in any capacity.
Day to Day liaison with global Mainetti production sites and offices.
Direct contact to retailers.
1st point of contact for any artwork related topics.
Assisting with sourcing of products and pricing.
Preparing specification briefs for cost calculations.
Maintaining relevant and active price lists.
Maintaining relevant, correct and active artwork.
Artwork briefing to the studio and initial QC of artwork before sending out.
Communicate with Mainetti production sites for any development work of new or existing projects and/or retailers.
Ensuring weekly, monthly order stock and sales reports are entered and correct within the set deadlines.
Overseeing samples.
General other misc. tasks.
