Description

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to and directly supporting CEO
  • Organising the CEO's schedule
  • Extensive Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings, Socials, Private appointments & holidays
  • Minute taker for meetings when necessary
  • Booking venues for a variety of meetings & events
  • General administrative support.


  • General office management

  • Reordering supplies etc
  • Carrying out multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Running errands for CEO
  • Organising meetings and preparing presentations
  • Supporting the HR functions
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Receiving and organising post
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Business & Personal
  • Personal PA duties include arranging household bills, parties, caterers, cleaners, holidays, restaurants etc
  • Adhoc duties where required
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Be able to travel between Birmingham and Warwickshire area
  • Is flexible and willing to work additional hours as the role demands
  • Comfortable with big challenging tasks and small, mundane ones
  • Has excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Provides outstanding client service at all times
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
  • Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing),
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise daily and work in a fastpaced sometimes pressurised environment.
  • A positive attitude
  • Be proficient within Microsoft packages including Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative, even when under pressure
  • Switched on and resourceful
  • Previous experience in Administrative / PA / diary management / Client or Guest Services skills is desirable
  • A professional individual who is highly organised and can evidence excellent attention to detail
  • Happy to adapt to different responsibilities both in the office and out of hours

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
