all construction trades people required for a brand new office conversion project in the cathedral quarter in derby.

most trades will be on price work own tools are an absolute must.

we have an immediate requirement for the following:

• drywall fixers.

tape and jointers

carpenters 1st and 2nd fix

plumbers

electricians

tilers

general labourers

demolition labourers

finishing foreman

decorators

this project is expected to last for 6 months. when this project completes, we expect to have the next one lined up ready to go.

the company is new to the area and is very keen to build lasting relationships with the right tradesmen.

there is no on site parking at all but we have safe secure storage for tools and materials left on site over night.

Contract length: 40 weeks


Salary:
£1.00-£250.00 per day

• Monday to Friday
