Our Clevedon care home offers person-centered, friendly, 'family feel' dementia care. We have an exceptional reputation and offer high quality of care for all our residents.

We are seeking to recruit a talented and experienced Administrator to a busy and demanding role within our home. Our Administrator will have responsibility for providing guidance, direction and admin support to our team.

You will be able to identify and manage system wide performance and quality issues in line with national requirements and working collaboratively with colleagues in the home.


You will be part of a passionate and committed team to ensure that our residents needs are fully met in a homely environment.

You must demonstrate that you have the right values, core beliefs and attitude to work with older adults living with dementia.


As Administrator, you will:

  • Have a good general background of customer service and administration
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Possess strong IT skills across Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Have a positive 'can do attitude' and embrace innovation
  • Be hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic
  • Be a team player


You will be the first point of call for people contacting the home so must be polite, friendly and professional.

You must be able to develop positive professional relationships with residents, professionals, visitors and colleagues.

The successful applicant must be capable of organising to ensuring quality services are delivered and be able to assess and prioritise workloads independently.

Salary is dependent on your experience and qualifications. Auto enrolment to a company pension with an opt out option if you choose. You will have the opportunity to complete further qualifications and develop your training and knowledge.

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are required to wear a mask at work and lft test daily.

  • Clevedon, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
