£32,500 + Pension + Parking
This successful and innovative education establishment require a Recruitment and HR Manager to support and develop their workforce.

Some of your duties will include:

Supporting the HR Manager in the whole recruitment and selection process
Leading on all aspects of advertising and procuring the most effective service for the School
Provide point of contact for HR information offering help and advise
Assist Manager with HR strategies focussing on recruitment retention and performance of staff
Ensuring preemployment checks are completed on new staff members
Assist with grievance and disciplinary procedures and undertake investigation as requested
