We are currently recruiting for a creative and passionate Sous Chef with fine dining experience to join our client's team based at this prestigious site in The City of London.

Working within a corporate environment, the kitchen caters for high profile hospitality and fine dining. In addition to lunches, the kitchen produces the food for canapé functions, events, meetings and fine dining dinners.

As the Fine Dining Sous Chef, you will naturally be a creative and passionate chef with the ability to produce stunning food using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

You will work within a team of 9 and support the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen. You willhave flair and creativity as well as an eye for detail and presentation.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (some evenings) with paid overtime.
- be a strong Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie with a proven career background
- ideally have worked within corporate fine dining or fine dining restaurant background
- have an eye for detail and presentation
- be able to create stunning food with the wow factor
- be able to work well within a team as well as use initiative
- be genuinely passionate about food and ingredients
- have creativity and flair
- be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
