• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including traditional Vietnamese coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks.
• Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders accurately and engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including brewing stations, equipment, and seating areas.
• Uphold high standards of quality control, ensuring that all beverages are prepared to company standards and customer specifications.
• Stay informed about current coffee trends, techniques, and ingredients, and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment, supporting each other during busy periods and sharing knowledge and skills.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a specialty coffee shop environment.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
