£26,390 - £29,55- dependent on experience

We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gamblingand treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.
The Role
This is a great time to join GamCare as we're recruiting three Trainers for our Gambling Awareness and Prevention Programme (GAP), which is an opportunity for someone who is experienced with delivering training sessions that lead to real behaviour change.
The Programme covers sevensectors:
debt advisors, housing/homelessness staff, faith/cultural and community leaders, community pharmacists, primary care and social care workers, and occupational health providers.
The Trainer role is a new position designed to deliver GAP's free Gambling Awareness Training Programme through online and face to face delivery, alongside two other Trainers.
About You
As a qualified Trainer, and with demonstrable experience of designing and delivering training to a wide range of audiences, you will have honed your skills in facilitation, time management, and communication, which will have given you the tools to deliverimpactful, behaviour-changing training.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a diary of remote and facetoface training sessions to maximise bookings
- Contribute to the development of bespoke training sessions for specific sectors or cohorts
- Deliver highquality, consistent training to audiences across a range of sectors to lead to gambling harm reduction
- Collate feedback from learners to feed into the Programme's evaluation through the use of debriefs, evaluation forms and followup
- Feed into stakeholder mapping and data collection
