Description

We are looking to recruit a Digital Content Executive (SEO, Content Optimization & Marketing) Cantonese speaker preferably, with extensive experience working in the industry.

This is a newly created role in a firm that has around 05 staff and has enjoyed massive growth over the last few years.

This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Digital Content Executive in Slough.

As the Digital Content Executive, you will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content for a range of paid and organic social channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube as well as our blog, podcast and webinars to deliver on KPIs for reach, followers, engagements and ultimately conversions to our client base.


Typical hours of work
40 hours per week. We require some flexibility during busy periods where you may be required to work weekends or evenings.


The role focuses on:


  • Developing the social media content strategy to align with business objectives in collaboration;
  • Analyse competition and develop competitive advantages through keyword usage;
  • Conducting research into our target audiences, market trends, new channels and marketing technologies and competitor activity and providing insight into digital marketing strategy;
  • Creating organic social content (stills, reels, stories etc), finding and drawing upon appropriate external resources where required, in line with the brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Ensuring cohesion with other marketing channels, proactively introducing creative social campaigns related to brand or broader business activity, culturally relevant dates as well as evergreen content to grow the community, increase engagement and further develop organic brand presence.
  • Create engaging and original copy for online retail, ensuring it adheres to SEO best practices. Understanding of the relationship between digital and SEO.
  • Developing the relationship with an external PPC and social media agency to optimise social media campaign spend;
  • Producing regular reports into campaign activity and performance;
  • Reworking technical information into easy to digest content that is concise and benefitled for the end consumer, or explanatory and authoritative as required;
  • Identify new content types and new channels to increase audience engagement and brand awareness;
  • You will oversee maintaining the company's presence in UK

Qualifications

Essentials:


  • 4year (min) experience in a similar professional role.
OR

  • Relevant handson experience in a social media / digital content related role atleast 4 years of experience. Company references would be checked.

Other requirements:


  • At least 3 years' experience managing social media channels
  • Strong experience using paid campaigns for B2C lead generation, either hands on or through an agency
  • Demonstrable experience refining, growing and engaging social audiences organically.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to share and communicate ideas, feedback, and suggestions to help make fantastic marketing projects even better
  • Has equal amounts of pride in work created no matter what the medium Basic video editing skills through Final Cut Pro, Adobe, or similar.
  • Enthusiastic, organized and collaborative.
  • Fluent Cantonese speaker preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, (English Language Level 2 or above).

DESIRABLE:


  • Creation of promotional videos.
  • Webinar creation.
  • Proficient with live streaming
  • Experience in creating, recording, editing podcasts.
