The Role


At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well" and we can't do that without our specialist teams.


This time, we're on the lookout for a 3rd Party Account Manager (Franchise and Wholesale) who will be working with Anita from our 3rd Party team.


What you will be doing


As 3rd Party Account Manager your main focus will be to drive and implement the Charles Tyrwhitt International and third-party strategy.

You will be fully accountable for the achievement of sales and profit budgets, debt management, business development and partner relations management.


A critical interface within the department liaising directly with internal key stakeholder functions as well as externally with third party partners in the UK and internationally, you will be accountable for the selling, order taking, allocation and delivery process from end to end, ensuring all partner orders are fulfilled and delivered on time mitigating any risk to income and profit.


Growing sales and profit for the department is the ultimate objective and ensuring the process, tasks and administrative functions of the business are effectively managed will be critical to achieving success.


What we are looking for


To be our next superstar you will have previous experience with Account Management and Business Development, ideally within the Fashion or Lifestyle industries.

With proven success of driving business forward, you will be able to develop and maintain strong and effective partnerships at a senior level and possess excellent commercial awareness.


With excellent analytical skills and the ability to use results to influence and negotiate effectively, you are proactive in your approach, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a natural ability to think logically and problem solve.


You have proven experience of managing and developing a team and are self-motivated to deliver on targets both within the team and individually.

That was over 3 decades ago and whilst Charles Tyrwhitt (it rhymes with spirit by the way) is still famous for proper shirts, these days we are about so much more than collars and cuffs.

Our purpose is to "make it easy for men to dress well". We take care of a chap's entire wardrobe, providing stylish solutions for every occasion. We make sure he gets what he wants, when and how he wants it.

Our spiritual home and flagship store is located on London's famous Jermyn Street.

Our Global Head Office is in London Bridge, whilst we also have an office in Manhattan to support our retail and online presence across North America, Europe and Australia.

Not forgetting our Distribution Centre and Contact Centre in Milton Keynes.
