Property Lawyer (Head of Property)

An ambitious Head of Property Lawyer is required to join a dynamic, modern firm in Surrey on a permanent basis.

The firm has served prestigious international clients including Harvey Nichols, Lush and Farrow & Ball.

You will help lead the expansion of the firm into residential and commercial property and have a chance to make a difference.

About You
As Head of Property, you will be proactive, forward-thinking and service-driven in your approach.

You should ideally have the following:

Minimum 7 years P.Q.E (qualified solicitor in England & Wales);
Ambitious and driven;
Excellent time management and organisation skills;
Team player;
Solid communication skills; and
Have a common sense, commercial approach.

You will be a self-starter with great client service skills and have an ability to multi-task. You will lead and supervise junior members of the team as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will have significant experience in residential and commercial property advising both individuals and businesses.
You will report directly into the Managing Partner.
