A leading client in Chelmsford are looking for someone to join the existing accounts team on a permanent basis.
There are flexible working hours, hybrid working, and a generous holiday package.


The roleYou would be responsible for:


  • Administration of all Banking Systems
  • Loading of all payment requests and processing of BACS
  • Support Financial Accounts team to upload the monthly payroll files
  • Run transaction reports from the General Ledger
  • Processing payroll journals
  • Assist with monthend tasks
  • Assist with Month End Reconciliations'
  • Approval of refunds on online payment systems
  • Being responsible for checking supplier bank details
  • Represent Financial Services, as required, developing good relations externally and internally

To be successful you must:


  • Currently studying AAT or QBE
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Previous experience within an accounts department is required
  • Be an expert Excel user
  • Be a team player
  • Have a great work ethic
