Description
An FMCG manufacturing company based in Hull are seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer (Break & Fix) to join their growing IT team on an Outside IR35 contract basis.
This will be 5 x a day week onsite with working hours between 8AM-5PM.They need someone who is passionate, has a lot of energy to deliver excellent customer service and be part of a great team.
You will be required to be a clear, confident, and professional communicator to liaise directly with their employees as their first pointof call.

2nd Line IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- IT Helpdesk Experience
- Service Desk Experience
- 1st2nd Line Support
- Break/fixing
- Troubleshooting IT issues
- Logging incidents
- Fixing problems within tight deadlines
- Providing professional customer service
The interview process will involve 1 x video interview with the Head of IT with interview slots available this week with immediate onboarding taking place.
