Description

An FMCG manufacturing company based in Hull are seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer (Break & Fix) to join their growing IT team on an Outside IR35 contract basis.

This will be 5 x a day week onsite with working hours between 8AM-5PM.

They need someone who is passionate, has a lot of energy to deliver excellent customer service and be part of a great team.

You will be required to be a clear, confident, and professional communicator to liaise directly with their employees as their first pointof call.

The company are a leading FMCG manufacturing company who operate across a variety of different sites across the UK.


2nd Line IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

  • IT Helpdesk Experience
  • Service Desk Experience
  • 1st2nd Line Support
  • Break/fixing
  • Troubleshooting IT issues
- including phones, printers laptops, mobile devices etc

  • Logging incidents
  • Fixing problems within tight deadlines
  • Providing professional customer service


The interview process will involve 1 x video interview with the Head of IT with interview slots available this week with immediate onboarding taking place.
