Cornwall Physio is a private Physiotherapy clinic in Carlyon Bay, with an exceptional reputation for treating sports and running Injuries.
We have experienced rapid growth in the last couple of years and require an additional receptionist, 2-days a week, to ensure that we can continue to provide an excellent service to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated, creative and ambitious.We require an individual who enjoys learning new skills and is willing to grow and develop their role as the clinic expands further.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking to strangers, both in-person and on the phone.
The right person is likely to have been working in a customer-facing environment and have a long track record of dealing with customers, answering questions on the phone and in person, and turning enquires into happy customers.
Marketing and/ or sales experience would be desirable but isn't necessary.
Enthusiasm for health and fitness and for motivating individuals to make good choices about their health would make the individual a particularly good fit for our clinic.

That is where you come in.
Your job will be to make clients feel comfortable and excited about coming to see us as well as creating promotional materials and helping us to further spread the word about what we do.
Your job will to be the first point of contact with our clients, discovering the clinic, booking in, answering the telephone, following up with clients, dealing with enquiries and also ensuring the clients have a positive experience with us.

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
