A DAY IN THE LIFE

Instore:


  • Lead instore events across the UK and Ireland in line with the eventing strategy created by the Education Manager and National Make Up Artist.
  • Coaching our instore teams at point of sale on makeup artistry and eventing, spotting any gaps in knowledge and helping to bridge those gaps.
  • Help drive the growth of makeup through the events that you hold and the training that you pass on to our beauty advisors.
  • Carry out MUA assessments to Beauty Advisors to progress to an MUA role. Giving constructive feedback and assist in putting in place a coaching plan to help progress their skill level.
  • You will provide a continued and elevated focus on Lancôme makeup, delivering consultations which immerse clients further into the brand. Whist you will need to take the lead and drive our makeup icons, you will also be expected to support our skincare and fragrance axes.
  • Driving key business objectives and working collaboratively as a team to achieve personal and team targets within your region.

PR and content creation:


  • Working as part of the Pro Artist team at PR events which include BAFTA, The National Wedding Show, any product launch, and influencer events throughout the year.
  • Creating content to engage and educate the Beauty Advisory population for One Retail and internal comms channels such as
  • Create content for our retailer social channels for new launches and special promotions such as GWP.
  • Keep up to date with current makeup launches and trends and create content for personal social channels to grow social online presence.

Education:


  • Assisting Education Manager and National MUA at key education moments throughout the year such as BA Roadshow and launch trainings.
  • Run online and in person masterclasses to support new launches and help grow artistry level across the BA population.
  • Engage BA population on weekly basis through online channels such as One Retail to drive momentum.
  • Take ownership of the makeup business within your area through effective education and inspiring your instore colleagues with trend led activity.
