Our Team:


S&P Global is seeking a motivated Outsourcing Delivery Analyst to facilitate daily management of client deliverables within the Middle Office Services group.

The individual will be responsible for management of Trade Settlement client relationships. Provideexcellent customer and loan settlement services to our growing client base while adhering to strict deadlines and targets given. The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians and agent banks.

You will be a key member of the S&P Global Middle Office Services team. Reporting into the EMEA Head of Middle Office Services, you will drive the growth of the EMEA based team and client base

Your Role

The Agent Services Analyst is responsible for maintaining data in WSO Agent in a timely and accurate manner, and to provide excellent customer service and Administrative Agent services to our growing client base while adhering to strict deadlines and SLA requirements.

The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, agent banks, issuers, and lending entities.


Duties & accountabilities:


Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage client portfolio(s)/Agency trade in our loan Trade Settlement outsourcing services team
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with clients
  • Coordinate with trade counterparties to receive and review par and distressed trade documentation
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and follow uo, when needed, for distressed trade documentation
  • Coordinate trade closing among clients, counterparties and agents
  • Review trade documentation, includes trade confirms, assignment agreements and funding memos for discrepancies prior to settlement including using third party systems
  • Follow up on outstanding trades and keep current comments updated
  • Deliver closing packs to custodians and clients before stated deadlines
  • Report client metrics and trends on a monthly basis

About You:

You are an analytical thinker who is both able to understand and interpret complex data, whilst supporting the growth of the wider team through building good relationships

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA/BS or equivalent level experience (Accounting or Financing preferred)
  • Knowledge of par and distressed loans and the documentation
  • Knowledge of trade fee calculations
  • Ability to read and interpret credit agreements
  • Experience with daily loan transactions
  • Exposure to ClearPar/Markit WSO systems a plus
